Workout Programs & Rates
Our days and hours of workouts are as follows. All paddlers in our programs must be qualified or capable paddlers. We do not teach basic paddling skills within the workouts. This is for advanced paddlers.
55 Minute Power-Workouts
Beginner (8:00 A.M. – Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
The Beginner program teaches paddlers turning techniques, paddle stroke for fitness, incorporates a cardio-vascular program and helps you get stronger while paddling.
It s a fun, safe way to paddle in a circuit training course and we are 30 seconds away from the beach.
Advanced (7:00 A.M. – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
The Advanced program has paddlers going on circuit training, burn workouts, race techniques and a good cardio-vascular program. If you are planning on racing in 2010, ths may be a good way to train.
Payment
Each session cost $15.00. If you bring your own board the cost is $10.00. All payable via credit card or check directly through our online credit card payment or mailed in (see our Contact information for address.
