What you should bring:
Arrive hydrated before you do your lesson
Hat or head shade with strap
Do not arrive hung-over or intoxicated
Do not arrive hungry or tired
Please assure us you can swim or you will need to bring a PFD (Personal Floatation Device)

We vary our workouts according to the weather, skill level of each paddler to assure they will have a safe and injury free time on the water. Classes run an hour be sure to arrive a few minutes early so you can be outfitted with your board, paddle, and leash. If you are late you will run the risk of missing the class as we will be on the water.

Wednesday - 6:15 A.M.
7:15 A.M. and 7:30 A.M.
Thursday - 6:15 A.M.
Friday - 6:15 A.M.
Saturday - 6:15 A.M.
Sunday - 6:15 A.M.
7:15 A.M. 7:30 A.M.
The Beginner program teaches paddler turning techniques, paddle stroke for fitness, incorporates a cardio-vascular program and helps you get stronger while paddling. It's a fun, safe way to paddle in a circuit training course and we are 30 seconds away from the beach.
Should there be a change in weather and if safety is a concern, we will postpone classes with notification.
Rates (after taking a lesson)
$25.00 Per session.
$45.00 Twice weekly.
$60.00 Three-times weekly.
$275.00 Unlimted (as many times monthly during your workout hour).*
$300.00 Unlimted (for the time frame we are there per scheduled day).*
